You need a TasKing account (TasKing is in beta: request an invite at task.ing) and an AI app that supports custom connectors. The connector address is:
https://task.ing/api/mcp
https://task.ing/api/mcp.In Claudeâs connector settings you choose which tools run without asking. A good start: reading tools and Suggest tasks on Always allow, and the tools that change tasks on Needs approval.
https://task.ing/api/mcp and choose OAuth for authentication.Where Gemini offers custom connectors (for example on gemini.google.com, or set up by a Gemini Business or Enterprise admin), add https://task.ing/api/mcp the same way, then sign in to TasKing and tap Allow.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| List tasks | Your tasks for a day or a range (up to 31 days), with points earned against your daily goal. Read-only. |
| Search tasks | Finds your tasks by words in the title or notes, newest first (up to 50). Read-only. |
| Add a task | Adds a task you asked for, with a date, time, points, emoji and notes. |
| Update a task | Reschedules, renames, or changes the points, emoji or notes of one of your tasks. |
| Check off a task | Marks a task done, or not done. |
| Suggest tasks | Sends ideas to your âš Suggested list in TasKing for you to review. Nothing becomes a task until you tap Add, and the same item is never suggested twice. |
The connector canât delete tasks, see your teammatesâ private tasks, read your Google Calendar, or change your account settings.
In TasKing, open Settings âș Connected apps and tap Disconnect: the app loses access right away. You can also remove the connector in your AI appâs settings.
Your assistant sees your TasKing data only when you ask it to use TasKing, and what it reads is handled by that AI provider under its own privacy policy. TasKing doesnât send your data to AI providers on its own or use it to train AI. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
